I grew up playing competitive sports all the way through college and after so I've had extensive training in the gym. I began training in the art of Muay Thai in 2002 and have continued into the present. I became certified in Krav Maga and teach a mixture of Self Defense and Thai Boxing. Throughout my sports and fight career I trained in competition power lifting gym's and learned from fitness pros. I received a bachelors degree and obtained extensive knowledge and training in anatomy and nutrition through modern medical teachings and natural holistic approaches to diet. I've worked with a lot of people in different areas of fitness but I enjoy helping those who struggle with weight loss obtain their desired results the most. Since I've always competed in sports I provide training to athletes of all ages in Football, Baseball and Softball. I'm Here to Help YOU!!
Having the right trainer is everything when deciding to embark on the journey of greater wellness. Whether you decide to train with me in person at my personal gym or online, I will be with you every step of the way. I will provide you with a plan designed to fit your time, budget and fitness level. There is no "one size fits all" in the fitness world, what works for someone else may not work for you. Together we will piece together the RIGHT plan for all the RIGHT reasons to get YOU the desired results.
My goal is to keep your "WHY" in front of you all the time. It is the driving force that will get you to your goal. I believe results are earned and you will achieve it by working hard and following the design I put together for you. I have payment plans available on all training that will fit anyone and depending on your desired results the workout and nutrition plan will be tailored to your needs.
If you are in a location outside my current city or by preference, there is a online plan you can follow which comes with everything clients get who see me in person. You can view the details from the online training tab at the top of this page. This is provided with video, email access, live chat or text messaging. Since this is a more remote type of training I provide a bit more options however, there is no guessing game for you when you get to the gym or at home. I will provide you with a full workout each time so you know exactly what to do. Weekly check ins and motivational group chats are available as well. So remember this is just the beginning and its a fun journey so lets get started and give you the body you desire and the wellness you need.
